SHELLY STEWART CATO is the winner of Jabberwock Review’s 2021 Nancy D. Hargrove Editors’ Prize for Poetry, and was a finalist for Rattle’s 2020 Poetry Prize and a semi-finalist for Southeast Review's 2021 Gearhart Prize. Her work has recently appeared in Poet Lore and New Ohio Review and is forthcoming in Washington Square Review and Harpur Palate.
